Keyboard giveaway winners will be contacted by email. If you receive a YouTube comment reply it's most likely a scam. I will never ask for shipping payment from giveaway winners.
Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties billed by the carrier. (This is usually with international orders. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs fees.)
Orders are usually shipped out within 2-5 days of purchase and you will receive tracking email when shipped.
I provide a 1 year warranty on all keyboards for product defects. User error is not covered. Customer pays for return shipping.
